Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address). At LaurenNichole shipping cost  depends on quantity of your order. Most orders range between $4.99 - $9.99 for shipping & handling. Shipping is FREE for all orders $100 order more. Must be an Exclusive LaurenNichole VIP US member  Not a member? Don't worrying, join us at check out. Don't forget to enter your shipping promo code. You will get it, once you sign up. Members get to Indulge your VIP privileges at LaurenNichole! 

The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and  Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit. Please note, we have no control over the delay from weather conditions. 

Shipping time is 7 - 14 business days. Please note, when you order multiple products, sometimes they will come separately at different times in between the 7 - 14 business day time period. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number. 

Local Shipping

We do not do local shipping. All orders will be shipped from our different fulfillment warehouses outside our local location. Shipping time is between  7 - 14 business days.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the  items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!

Returns are Welcome!

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

For items purchased at full price ONLY.  All sale items are not refundable and can not be exchanged. and received at our original warehouse within 20 days prior delivery. (The time you have received your package.)

For items received at our original warehouse within 7 days prior delivery. (The time you have received your package.

Please shop carefully as we do not accept returns for the following:

Please note: Before a refund can be done for defective items, or exchange you must contact our customer care team at LAUREN NICHOLE for approval at  within 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER. Message Us or Chat With Us with your quoted order number.

Your return or exchange will only be accepted if:

*The item is unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

*The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it, even if only tried on.

*Must be received within 7 BUSINESS DAYS otherwise it will not be accepted.

*You just pay for Shipping cost

Once we has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected, once approved we will be happy to issue you a refund. LAURENNICHOLE reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

We currently don‘t cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by LAUREN NICHOLE will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to LAUREN NICHOLE. will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be authorized once receive.

We currently don’t do exchanges at LAUREN NICHOLE, if you would like to exchange an item, you may more than welcome return the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
