Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address). Products at LaurenNichole shipping cost depends on the product weight, most orders are $4.99 for shipping & handling. Shipping is FREE for all orders $50 or more when you Join n' Shop. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit. Please note, we have no control over the delay from weather conditions.
Our products at LaurenNichole have different shipping time. So, you can see the shipping time for each product as you shop. Some of our product 4 - 9 business days and some up to 14 business days. Each product varies. At LaurenNichole we have different products coming from different places. So, if you order multiple products you may get your products each at different times.
Local ShippingAll orders will be shipped from our different fulfillment warehouses outside our local location. Shipping time varies for each product 5 - 14 business days.

Exchanges & Returns
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!
Exchanges are Welcome! For items purchased ONLY at full price and received at our original warehouse within 20 days prior delivery. (The time you have received your package.)
Refunds are eligible ONLY for defective items. For items purchased ONLY at full price and received at our original warehouse within 20 days prior delivery. (The time you have received your package.
Please shop carefully as we do not accept returns for the following:

Please note: Before a refund can be done for defective items, or exchange you must contact our customer care team at LAUREN NICHOLE for approval at within 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER. Message Us or Chat With Us with your quoted order number.
Your return or exchange will only be accepted if:
*The returned is a defective item
*The item is unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
*The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it, even if only tried on.
*Must be received within 20 BUSINESS DAYS otherwise it will not be accepted.
*You must pay for Shipping cost
It is also very important that you label the items as ”RETURNED GOODS”. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Canadian Customs Dept at customers expense.
Once LAURENNICHOLE has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund. LAURENNICHOLE reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email our Customer Care Team at CustomerService@LaureNichole.com with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you. Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility.
We currently don‘t cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by LAUREN NICHOLE will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to LAUREN NICHOLE. LAUREN NICHOLE will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be authorized once receive.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
