Important Dates for Christmas Orders

Orders - All orders the week of Monday, December 4 2023 will have more of a chance of on time delivery time. Average shipping time is 5 - 10 budiness days. Anything after that, you may get your package after Christmas. We are just letting you know just for your reference, just incase you don't get your package before Christmas.You may get your orders before Christmas. 

Our dedicated team at LaurenNichole will do everything possible to minimize shipping delays during the holiday season. Please note that delays caused by carriers are out of our control. We wanted to share this important information with you for a smoother holiday season.

Please remember shipping time does not include weekends.

    Holiday Shipping Delays 

    Overseas orders placed December 12 - January 3 can be delayed by 3 - 5 business days (due to carrier delays)

    Returns 

    At LaurenNichole, we will be happy to accept returns. We want you to enjoy trying different styles and sizes to fall in love with your favorite outfits. Your are welcome to return and try other styles and sizes.

    Please note we have a 7 day return policy. Soon as you get your package, that's your 7 day opportunity time period to request return. Feel free to email us within the 7 day time period and we will be happy to process ywithiour return.

    So, if you get your package a few days before Christmas....the 21st, and if it doesn't fit or for any reason you want to return and get another size, color or style you have time to request a return the day after Christmas. Just make sure it's within the 7 day time period. 

    To ensure returns, all items must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
